Early Life
Amol Khadsare was born on 6 March 1983 in Wai, Satara, Maharashtra. During his early education he faced several challenges and failed the 10th grade multiple times before eventually succeeding and later completing the 12th grade as the first student in his college.
Education
Amol Khadsare completed a Diploma in Horticulture and later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture after successfully passing the entrance examination.
Career
Amol Khadsare worked in various companies from 2001 to 2007 before starting his private agricultural consultancy business in 2008. His consultancy services extend across several Indian states including Gujarat, Punjab, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh.
In 2012, after a serious accident, Amol Khadsare shifted his focus to organic and natural farming. He established a 60-acre organic rental farm at Lunasan Gam, Taluka Kadi, District Mehsana, Gujarat. The farm operated from 2012 to 2026 and served as a long-term project demonstrating sustainable farming practices.
Between 2012 and 2017 he practiced organic farming, and since 2017 he has focused on 100 percent natural farming without the use of tractors, drip irrigation systems, hi-tech equipment, or chemical treatments.
Amol Khadsare also provides coaching, consultancy, internship programs, and training sessions related to agriculture, organic farming, and permaculture. These programs include both short-term and long-term training designed for farmers, students, and agriculture enthusiasts.
