Divya Prakash Shukla
Divya Prakash Shukla (born 23 September 2003) is an Indian entrepreneur, sportsperson, and social activist from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. He serves as the Director and Secretary of Vindhyavasini Foundation, an NGO focused on social welfare, rural development, education, and healthcare initiatives across urban and rural Uttar Pradesh.
In addition to his philanthropic pursuits, he manages his family’s construction business, continuing a legacy of entrepreneurship and public service. A state and national-level rifle shooter, he has earned several medals and commendations in 22 and 177 air rifle events, and has been felicitated by the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh for his achievements in sports.

Divya Prakash Shukla was born on *23 September 2003 in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, into a respected political and social service–oriented family. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Amity University, Noida, and pursued an MBA from Birkbeck University, London, United Kingdom, specializing in business and leadership management.
His international education, combined with grassroots Indian values, shaped his vision to contribute to social upliftment, youth empowerment, and ethical leadership.
NGO Leadership
As Director and Secretary of the Vindhyavasini Foundation, Mr. Shukla has led multiple social initiatives aimed at rural welfare, education, environmental awareness, and women’s empowerment. Under his leadership, the foundation conducts medical camps, education drives, and infrastructure support programs for underprivileged communities across Uttar Pradesh.

Mr. Shukla hails from a prominent political family in Paniyara, Maharajganj (U.P.). His grandfather, Late Shri Vindhyavasini Prasad Shukla, served as Block Pramukh of Paniyara, Maharajganj, from 1970 to 1984, laying the foundation of public service in the family. His father continues the legacy as the current Block Pramukh of Paniyara since 2021. Adding to the family’s distinguished public background, his maternal uncle (Mama) currently serves as the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, having previously held positions as MLA and MP (Rajya Sabha) multiple times.
