He earned his MBBS degree from Shri Krishna Medical College, Muzaffarpur (under Bihar University), and later completed his MS in General Surgery from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur. In 1996, he also completed the "Zero to Hero" medical course, focused on holistic care, problem solving, and compassionate patient service.

Career and Social Work

In 2008, Dr. Bharti founded Bharti Sewa Sadan Trust, a nonprofit dedicated to public service in Bihar. As Founder and President, he created a platform for healthcare access, education, women’s empowerment, and rural development. The trust has organized free medical camps, rural health checkups, school support programs, skill training for women, and disaster relief initiatives.

Dr. Bharti also established Bharti Hospital Araria Bihar Centre (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., where he serves as Director. He also serves as Director & In-charge of BSST Hospital (a unit of Bharti Sewa Sadan Trust) located in Kochadhaman, Kishanganj, Bihar, where he supervises both medical and administrative functions.
