Early Life
Amol Khadsare was born on 6 March 1983 in Wai, Satara, Maharashtra. His early education included overcoming challenges, having failed the 10th grade four times before succeeding in the 12th grade as the first in his college.
Education
Amol completed a Diploma in Horticulture and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, successfully passing the entrance examination.
Career
From 2001 to 2007, Amol worked in various companies before starting his private agricultural consultancy business in 2008. His consultancy covers multiple states across India, including Gujarat, Punjab, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh. In 2012, after a serious accident, Amol shifted his focus to organic and natural farming. He established a 60-acre organic rental farm at Lunasan Gam, Tal Kadi, District Mehasana, Gujarat, which he managed from 2012 to 2026, completing 14 years of sustainable farming practices. Between 2012 and 2017, he practiced organic farming and since 2017, he has been committed to 100% natural farming without the use of hi-tech equipment, tractors, drip irrigation, or chemical treatments.
