On 15 January 2024, he founded Prime Translog along with three family members. As managing director, he oversees logistics operations, marketing strategy, and supply chain growth initiatives.

Over the years, Abu Thair Ahamed progressed from LR Writer to Business Manager, developing operational expertise, leadership capability, and industry trust. This practical foundation shaped his belief that effective leadership begins with a deep understanding of systems before scaling operations.
In January 2024, after close to ten years of industry experience, he founded Prime Translog along with three family members. He established the company’s headquarters in Mumbai – Bhiwandi, positioning the organization within one of India’s key logistics hubs.
Under his leadership, Prime Translog operates as a growing pan-India enterprise with a workforce of more than 100 team members. The company serves clients through operational branches in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Tirupur, Pondicherry, and Hosur.
