Manish Mazumder began his professional career in the manufacturing sector during the mid-1980s. From April 1986 to August 1987, he worked as a profit center manager at Jyoti Plastic Works Pvt. Ltd.
In April 1989, he joined ABHISHEK FILTERTECHNIK CHEM-PLANT PVT. LTD., where he has served as Managing Director. The company is engaged in the manufacturing of process filtration equipment for industrial applications.
In March 2015, he founded Filtration Technology Group and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. The company was established to provide filtration solutions for industries including chemical, petrochemical, photographic, paint and coatings, edible oil, molten sulphur, bio-diesel, and healthcare. The manufacturing facilities are located in the M.I.D.C., TTC Industrial Area, Rabale, Navi Mumbai. The organization focuses on research and development, quality improvement, customer service, and technical and field support.
