Saurabh Katiyar
Dr. Saurabh Katiyar is a global technology and innovation leader known for his multi-CXO expertise across Artificial Intelligence, DeepTech, and Digital Transformation. With a career spanning over 25 years across 22 countries, he has delivered more than $5 billion in technological and business impact. He currently serves as Group CIO at AIPL and is the Co-Founder and CTO of AGATH Healthcare, an AI-driven telemedicine and wellness venture.
He has held leadership positions as Director of R&D at the $100 billion Charoen Pokphand Group and True Corporation, and previously led technology functions at NIIT Technologies, DXC Technology, NTT, Dell, HCL, HP, Accenture, and Wipro. Recognized as one of Asia’s Top 10 Tech Leaders (2024–2025), Dr. Katiyar is also a global keynote speaker, futurist, and advocate for sustainable DeepTech ecosystems.
Early Life
Dr. Saurabh Katiyar was born and raised in India, where his curiosity for science and emerging technologies developed at an early age. He pursued information systems and management studies before advancing into global technology leadership and innovation research.

Career
Dr. Saurabh Katiyar began his career in technology development at Wipro in 1997, contributing to early innovations like the world’s first wearable cellphone and two-way pager. He went on to work with Hewlett Packard and HCL Technologies, leading large-scale IT infrastructure transitions and innovation projects.
At DXC Technology (formerly CSC), he spearheaded global post-merger integration programs worth $20 billion, saving over $70 million annually for major banks and corporations. At NIIT Technologies (2010–2019), he established the Digital Platforms and Emerging Tech Center of Excellence, managing $25M+ AI and Cloud programs.
As Director of R&D and Technology Head at CP Group and True Corporation in Bangkok, he led over 90 global labs, developed 100+ AI patents, and delivered $5B in digital impact across agriculture, retail, telecom, and health sectors. He introduced AI-powered telemedicine, smart farming, and Web3 fintech platforms.
Currently, as Group CIO at AIPL, he leads India’s first AI-native PropTech transformation, creating ESG-aligned smart cities, wellness hubs, and clean-tech ecosystems powered by AI, GenAI, IoT, and Quantum Computing.
