Jeny Joseph Leon
Jeny Joseph Leon (born 25 July 1972) is an Indian AI strategist, enterprise transformation leader, global delivery operations executive and philanthropist based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. She is Global Director of Transformation — AI & Automation at FIS Global BPS. With more than two decades of experience across banking, capital markets and financial services, Leon is known for driving GenAI adoption, intelligent automation programs, enterprise reengineering and large-scale delivery transformations. She is also the founder of the Jeny Leon Lopez Foundation and EarthSouls Sanctuary and an active animal rights and environmental campaigner.
