Early Life
Born and raised in northeastern India, Raushan Bharthi developed a passion for sports at an early age. His dedication to athletics and mentorship led him to establish a platform to nurture young talent regionally.
Career
In 2021, Raushan founded the Ro$n Trust, which runs multiple sports academies, schools, and training programs across five northeastern states, including Mizoram, Tripura, Manipur, Assam, and Nagaland, with plans to expand to Bihar. The trust has trained over 750 athletes and organized numerous state and district-level sports events.
