Jitesh Vijayaann is an executive transformation leader and C-suite advisor with over 18 years of global experience across Healthcare, ITES, BPM, and GCCs. He specializes in AI-driven process optimization, predictive analytics, and large-scale customer experience transformation. He served as Director – Data Science (AI) and CX & Analytics Leader, directing a team of over 100 members in analytics, AI, and automation, supporting a $500M+ Customer Experience Management portfolio.
He has delivered more than $100M in incremental revenue across a subsidiary valued at approximately $750M by scaling service center capabilities and workforce strategies. Jitesh has managed P&Ls ranging from $100M to $1B, secured over $100M in investments, and led operational delivery across more than 2,000 full-time employees and over 200 Fortune 100 client accounts.
Currently, Jitesh Vijayaann is building FindMee by HopeViara, an FMCG and technology-led initiative that addresses the missing-persons crisis in India. This initiative marks a significant transition in his career, applying his corporate experience to solve a societal problem.
