Education
Ladhulal Mehta holds a Diploma in Pharmacy from SJRC College of Pharmacy, Anand Rao Circle, completed between 1985 and 1987.
Career
Ladhulal Mehta has been in the insurance and financial advisory industry for over three decades, having started as an insurance consultant in the early 1990s. He is the founder of Celebrate Insurance & Financial Services, where he also holds the role of Director of Sales Marketing, leading a 14-member professional service team that manages the wealth, risk, and protection portfolios of over 500 families and 50 or more corporate clients.
Mehta rejected the transactional "policy-selling" model early in his career and instead pioneered a goal-based financial solutions approach, under which his team conducts in-depth portfolio analysis covering family protection and health risk requirements, existing insurance portfolio gaps, and long-term investment, savings, and wealth creation objectives before recommending any product.
To ensure clients receive unbiased solutions, Mehta established Celebrate Insurance & Financial Services as an authorized advisor for over 16 leading insurance companies, including HDFC, Tata AIA, ICICI, Bajaj, Care, and LIC, enabling comparison of products across Life, Health, Motor, and Commercial insurance segments. The firm also offers clients access to the "My Wealth App," a digital application for tracking investment values, portfolio summaries, and renewal dates in real time.
The firm's service offerings span Life Insurance Solutions (term and family protection plans, wealth creation and ULIPs, retirement and child future planning), Health & General Insurance (individual and family floaters, senior citizen and top-up covers, motor insurance), and Commercial & Business Insurance (fire, burglary and marine insurance, group health and workman compensation, factory, warehouse and shop policies).
