Anurag Tripathi is an Indian finance entrepreneur and business leader based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He is the Founder and CEO of FinAxis® Financial Services Limited, a leading financial services company offering Wealth Management, Corporate Finance, Treasury Management, and Marchant Banking solutions. He also leads One Industries Limited, a company engaged in renewable energy, automation, and turnkey industrial projects.

Anurag Tripathi was born and raised in India. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Corporate Communications and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance.

Career
Anurag began his career in the finance industry with LKP Securities Ltd as an Assistant Manager (2011–2013), followed by roles as Deputy Manager at IIFL (India Infoline Group) (2013–2015) and Assistant Manager at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (2015–2018). He then joined Narnolia Financial Services Ltd, where he worked for over six years, progressing from Sr. Manager – Alternate Channel to AVP – Investment Products until March 2024.
Anurag has held impactful leadership and strategic roles across some of India’s most respected financial institutions and wealth management firms, including Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited, India Infoline Limited, and Narnolia Financial Services Limited, where he consistently contributed to business growth, client trust, and performance excellence.
Over the years, he has played strategic roles in wealth management, investment advisory, and business development, earning a reputation for insight-driven leadership and client-centric execution.
In 2024, Anurag founded FinAxis® Financial Services Limited, which today manages a monthly business volume of ₹250–300 crore, offering tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals and businesses. Under his leadership, FinAxis® is also preparing to launch its own NBFC.
Alongside FinAxis®, Anurag established One Industries Limited, focusing on solar energy, industrial automation, and turnkey projects, reflecting his vision for sustainable growth and clean energy solutions.
