Early Life and Education
Vinay Garg pursued technical and management education to strengthen his business foundation.

Career
Vinay Garg began his corporate career at Omaxe Limited, one of India’s leading real estate developers, where he served as Head of IT & International Marketing (2002–2006).
- Successfully implemented Oracle ERP (11i) in 2005–2006.
- Expanded international marketing initiatives and customer-care strategies.
In 2006, he founded and became Director of Reet Property Pvt. Ltd., focusing on real estate solutions, construction, and property management. The same year, he joined Subh-Santosh Group as Director, driving innovation in luxury residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
In 2011, he took on the role of Group CEO of Country Homes, under which the Country Inn Hotels & Resorts brand flourished. Under his leadership, the group expanded operations in Delhi NCR, Vrindavan, Bhiwadi, Goa, Naukuchiatal, and Mukteshwar.
He also launched Beyond Stay, a hospitality venture providing modern, affordable stays tailored to students, professionals, and corporate travelers.
