Mayur Khillare(Jayan) is an Indian entrepreneur and business leader based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He is the Founder and CEO of Jace Consumer Goods and Director of Sbeng Group of Companies. With over 14 years of leadership experience, he is known for his expertise in beverage manufacturing, infrastructure development, food services, and corporate governance.
Early Life
Mayur Jayan Khillare was born in Akola, Maharashtra, India. He later moved to Mumbai, where he began his entrepreneurial journey. His early experiences in township development and business management shaped his long-term vision as an entrepreneur.

Early Career in Food & Beverage
After working with the Sbeng Group of Companies and contributing to its achievements in township development projects, Mayur’s passion for the food and beverage industry led him to explore hospitality ventures. He began with a sports bar and lounge in Goa, followed by another lounge in Mumbai. These ventures not only gave him hands-on experience but also helped him build a strong network within the F&B sector.
Leveraging this foundation, Mayur transitioned into food processing and beverage manufacturing, starting with a mineral water plant. Over time, he expanded the product line to include juices, club soda, carbonated drinks, and energy beverages, which ultimately evolved into Jace Consumer Goods a brand now poised for growth across India.
- Jace Consumer Goods – Founder & CEO. Leads product development, manufacturing, operations, finance, and nationwide market expansion of beverages, including energy drinks, soda, alkaline water, mineral water, and carbonated drinks.
- Sbeng Group of Companies – Director. Oversees township development and infrastructure projects worth over ₹1000 crore, with focus on governance, compliance, and execution.
- Jace Beverages – Executive Officer and Director. Responsible for revenue growth, brand building, and distribution strategy in India’s FMCG beverage sector.
- Food Services – Expanded into food operations through Jace Sip & Bite café-format outlets, integrating beverages and food experiences.
