He started as an LR Writer, gaining ground-level exposure to transportation documentation, freight movement, and operational coordination. Through consistent performance, he was promoted to Operations Executive and later to Marketing Executive, where he strengthened his client-handling and business development skills.

In 2018, recognizing his leadership ability and results-driven approach, Wheels Logistics promoted him to Senior Manager – Sales and Marketing. In this role, he was responsible for revenue growth, key account management, and market expansion. He continued with the organization until 2024, earning industry trust through disciplined execution and operational excellence.

In January 2024, after nearly a decade of industry experience, Abu Thair Ahamed founded Prime Translog along with his uncle Mr. Shageer Ahamed, his elder sister Ms. Seema Ashraf Ali, and his brother-in-law Mr. Ashraf Ali Mulki.
