Jeny Joseph Leon (born 25 July 1972) is an Indian transformation strategist, AI innovation leader, and animal-rights activist. She serves as the Global Director of Transformation – AI & Automation at a global fintech and capital markets conglomerate, and is the founder of the Jeny Leon Lopez Foundation and EarthSouls Sanctuary, both dedicated to animal welfare, sustainability, and humane innovation. With a career spanning over three decades, Jeny Leon has become one of India’s most respected voices at the intersection of technology, transformation, and compassion.

With more than two decades of leadership experience in banking, capital markets, and financial services, Leon is recognized for driving generative AI adoption, automation at scale, and enterprise re-engineering. Her charter includes global process re-engineering, operational transformation, and intelligent automation programs driving scale and efficiency across business verticals. She oversees a global book of 90+ GenAI use cases, targeting multi-million-dollar capacity creation and measurable business impact through AI-enabled transformation.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (2021–2024)

Led operations and automation strategy for Global Data Analytics, Data Quality, Data Lineage, and AI/ML Operations within the Corporate & Investment Banking division. She designed and implemented the Transformation Data Hub, an enterprise analytics platform integrating data-driven automation and governance. During her tenure, she scaled 74+ automated workflows, accelerating JPMorgan’s transition toward intelligent operations and data maturity.
