Madhusudan Halder is an Indian interior designer, entrepreneur, and Founder & CEO of Ideal Eyes Interior, headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal. Early Life and Education
Madhusudan Halder was born on 02 April 1987 in Diamond Harbour, West Bengal, India, to Dadhiram Halder and Sabita Halder. He completed his schooling at Jagadishpur S.K. Institution, Mandir Bazar, and later earned a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Netaji Subhas Open University. Driven by his passion for design and innovation, he pursued a Diploma in Interior Design from Habitat Academy, laying the foundation for his career in creative design.
Career
In 2010, Madhusudan Halder founded Ideal Eyes Interior at Fern Road, Gariahat, Kolkata, transforming his long-held dream into reality. Starting as a boutique design studio, the firm quickly expanded its presence in residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors.
Between 2010 and 2014, the company designed high-end residences and bespoke commercial spaces across Kolkata. From 2015 to 2018, Ideal Eyes Interior expanded to Ranchi, Jharkhand, and other regions, undertaking luxury projects for villas, apartments, and corporate clients. By 2019, the firm had completed turnkey projects for hospitality and retail clients and established itself as one of the fastest-growing design consultancies in Eastern India.
From 2020 to 2025, the company achieved a major milestone of 430+ completed projects, combining aesthetic excellence, innovation, and timely project delivery.
