Naitik Shah is an Indian entrepreneur and business leader based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Aura Hearing Care Pvt Ltd and Easyfit Devices Pvt Ltd. Known for building a Rs 100 Cr valued startup inspired by his grandfather’s struggle with hearing loss, he has become one of the prominent names in India’s hearing care and healthcare devices industry.
Early Life
Naitik Shah was born on 2 December 1986 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Coming from a family background that valued education and resilience, his personal journey into entrepreneurship was inspired by his grandfather’s hearing difficulties. This personal experience laid the foundation for his future mission in healthcare technology.

Career
Naitik Shah began his career in the hearing technology sector as a Product Manager at GN ReSound (2010).
In 2011, he founded Aura Hearing Care Pvt Ltd, which has grown into one of India’s leading hearing care networks. Today, Aura operates more than 30+ clinics across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore, supported by a team of 35+ audiologists providing advanced hearing care solutions.
In 2024, he expanded his vision into the broader healthcare sector by founding Easyfit Devices Pvt Ltd, a company specializing in manufacturing nebulisers and oxygen concentrators. The company also undertakes turnkey hospital projects, delivering complete setups from design to execution. With six hospitals successfully completed across Maharashtra and Karnataka, Easyfit continues to provide reliable medical devices and end-to-end healthcare infrastructure solutions.

Naitik Shah is married to Pratiksha Mehta, who is the Co-founder and Director of Aura Hearing Care Pvt Ltd. They are parents to two sons, Aarav Shah and Rudra Shah.
He is the son of Ramesh Shah. Beyond business, he remains passionate about expanding accessible medical solutions and contributing to India’s healthcare ecosystem.
