Early Life and Education

Amresh Pratap Yadav was born on 1 September in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. He completed his schooling in Singrauli and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Indore University. During his school and college years, he was active as a poet and dramatist. Later, he pursued his Masters in Media & Advertising from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, where he specialized in strategic communications and digital marketing.

Professional Career

Yadav began his career in human resources and employer branding with Larsen & Toubro, contributing to campus engagement and recruitment marketing. He later worked with Santa Fe Relocation, where he developed employer branding and consumer business initiatives. As co-founder of Leczon.com (EdTech) and HappyRailing.com (TravelTech), he gained entrepreneurial experience in digital and community-driven businesses. Currently, Yadav leads employer branding strategy at Johnson Controls, where he focuses on positioning the company as an employer of choice across India and the Pacific.
