Ravi Kumar (born 20 April 1988) is an Indian public speaking coach, author, and educator. He works professionally as a Material Manager and conducts Public speaking and communication training as his principal area of passion and expertise. He describes a mission to empower millions of individuals to find and develop their voice through training, writing, and coaching.

Ravi Kumar completed his undergraduate studies in English language through Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). He trained in public speaking and related communication skills through practice, workshops, and hands-on teaching across educational institutions.

Since September 2007, Ravi Kumar has served as a Material Manager. Alongside his professional career, he has developed a parallel professional practice as a public speaking coach and educator. He has delivered stage appearances and training sessions in multiple cities and institutions and has organized and conducted structured programs for students and working professionals.

Ravi Kumar reports having made more than 100 stage appearances and to have taught over 20,000 learners across more than 50 institutions in seven cities spanning five Indian states. His training focuses on spoken communication, presentation skills, confidence-building, and personal branding. He has also developed a "Natural Method" for teaching Spoken English to Hindi-speaking learners, which is presented as a practical, fluency-first approach that emphasizes speaking practice over formal grammar instruction and aims to make spoken English attainable within roughly three months with consistent practice.
