Dr. Molla Saifuddin (born 9 April 1992) is an Indian career counselor, competitive exam expert, educator, author, and social worker. He is the Founder and Principal of Mission Govt. Service (MGS), an advanced research institute for competitive exams under the M.S. Charitable Trust, based in Burdwan, West Bengal. Through MGS, he provides coaching for WBCS, Bank, Railways, Defence, PSC, SSC, TET, and other national/state-level examinations, mentoring thousands of aspirants. He is also known as a writer of competitive books, motivational speaker, and digital influencer.

Early Life

Saifuddin was born in a poor rural family at Hamirpur village, Purba Bardhaman district, West Bengal, to Mahed Ali Molla and Sabila Begum. He supported his education by working in cultivation and household tasks, as well as private home tuition. Despite financial challenges, he pursued higher education while taking care of his ailing father through his tuition income.

His free coaching initiative for underprivileged students was recognized in 2019 by local media.

During his college years, he also provided tuition for NEET and JEE Advanced aspirants, many of whom have since gone on to become doctors and engineers.

Family Life

Mr. Saifuddin married Shahnaz Parveen, a science graduate in Chemistry, who belongs to an Army family. Her father, late Bakiour Rahaman, served in the Indian Army, while her mother, Mumtaj Begum, is a homemaker. Mrs. Shahnaz is now a Medical Technologist (Lab) posted at Bardhaman Medical College and Hospital. The couple has one child, Fizan Molla, who is 4 years old. Despite his busy professional commitments, Saifuddin has maintained all his family responsibilities.

Education

Dr. Saifuddin completed his primary education at his village primary school before joining Oari High School, where he studied from Class V to Class X. He consistently secured the first position in every class and later passed his Madhyamik examination under WBBSE with A grade marks. Following this, he qualified the admission test of Al-Ameen Mission and pursued his Higher Secondary education in the Science stream under WBCHSE, again securing A grade marks. During this period, he was awarded several State and Central Government scholarships, which supported his higher studies. He also selected for admission at Saktigarh Government Sponsored PTTI College for D.El.Ed cource and Satish Chandra ITI College (Government) in the Electrical trade.

After Higher Secondary, he selected for Physics Honours at Shyamsundar College under Burdwan University. While continuing his studies, he simultaneously prepared himself for competitive examinations and successfully qualified the IBPS Bank Exam and TET in 2012. During this time, he joined as a primary teacher at Khandaghosh Tantipara F.P. School. During this period, he also completed his D.El.Ed. from Satyam College of Education through ODL mode under the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

While working in his permanent government post, Saifuddin completed his higher education through a government open university, earning his Master’s degree with A grade marks from Netaji Subhash Open University, Kolkata. In 2024, he was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate by WCEPC, New Delhi, in recognition of his ten years of contribution to the education sector. He is presently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) along with his ongoing research work.

Career

Saifuddin began his career after qualifying IBPS Bank Exam (2012) and TET (2012), later working as an Assistant Teacher at Khandaghosh Tantipara FP School. His School own The Nirmal Vidyalay Purashkar. Alongside teaching, he continued preparing for higher studies and mentoring aspirants.

He developed various school activities like spoken English, computer skills, BALA works, personality development, child cabinets etc.

In 2012, he founded Mission Govt. Service (MGS), which has since grown into a leading institute providing coaching for multiple government and competitive exams. Hundreds of students have successfully qualified under his mentorship.

Specially, hundreds of Police and Primary Teachers were successful under his guidance. In 2024, under his mentorship, 114 students joined as Assistant Teachers in West Bengal – a remarkable success in the history of West Bengal TET.

He has authored and edited numerous competitive exam preparation books covering SLST subjects (Bengali, English, Sanskrit, History, Geography, Science, Mathematics, Education, Philosophy, Political Science, Commerce, Computer Science) as well as TET and interview guides.

He joined as a career counsellor and teaching expert at Shyam Sunder College under the UGC career counselling project.

Mission Govt. Service (MGS) is an advanced research institute for competitive exams founded by Dr. Saifuddin in 2012. It operates under the M.S. Charitable Trust and is headquartered in Burdwan, West Bengal.
