He is currently serving as the Managing Director of the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC). Dr. Gaikwad was born on 30 October 1963 in Latur, Maharashtra, India, and has maintained close professional and community ties with both Latur and Mumbai throughout his career.
