Early Life and Education

Amit Mishra was born on 6 January 1987 in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, into a modest family. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce ( B.Com ) from Mumbai University before beginning his professional journey.

From an early age, Amit Mishra displayed a strong inclination towards Entrepreneurship and Business, often showing a keen interest in understanding how organizations are built and sustained.

Early Career

Amit Mishra began his professional journey with a Chartered Accountancy Firm, where he gained practical exposure to Business Operations, Compliance Processes, and Financial Management.

Driven by an Entrepreneurial mindset, he later established AV Associates, a consultancy venture focused on Documentation Services and Home Loan Facilitation. Through strategic collaborations with Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), the organization assisted thousands of aspiring homeowners in accessing housing finance solutions.

This phase of the journey helped shape a strong understanding of Customer Relations, Business Development, Negotiation, and Relationship Management, laying the foundation for future ventures.

Entry into the Real Estate Sector

A defining moment in Amit Mishra’s Entrepreneurial Journey came in 2016 when he entered the Real Estate Sector.

He commenced his first Residential Development project in Nalasopara East and gradually expanded into Palghar and Umroli. What began as a Business Diversification venture soon evolved into a larger vision of creating quality developments in emerging growth markets while building a professionally managed organization focused on long-term value creation.

Under his Leadership, AV Group steadily expanded its presence across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), establishing itself as a recognized name within the region’s Real Estate landscape.

Under the leadership of Amit Mishra, AV Group evolved into a diversified Business Group with interests spanning multiple sectors.

The group’s Real Estate portfolio includes landmark developments such as the iconic AV Pearl, AV Pride, AV Smart City, AV Aashirwad, AV Crystal Uptown, and AV Crystal Prestige.

Today, AV Group has delivered more than 10 lakh square feet of Residential Development and continues to expand its footprint with a substantial pipeline of ongoing projects. The organization is home to more than 1,500 happy families and provides Employment to more than 1,000 professionals across its various Business Verticals.

Continuing his vision of building businesses beyond Real Estate, Amit Mishra led AV Group’s expansion into the Hospitality Sector.

The company is developing Park Inn Suites by Radisson in Darbhanga, Bihar, in collaboration with Radisson Hotel Group. Positioned as the first branded Four-Star Hotel development in North Bihar, the project represents a significant milestone in AV Group’s diversification strategy.

Beyond Hospitality Infrastructure, the development is expected to contribute to Tourism, Business Travel, Employment Generation, and Economic Development in the region, strengthening Bihar’s position as an emerging destination for both leisure and corporate visitors.

Having grown up in a modest family, Amit Mishra has always believed in giving back to society and creating opportunities for those facing challenges similar to those he witnessed during his early years.

Guided by this belief, he started Abhinav Foundation under the provisions of the Mumbai Public Trust Act in year 2025. The Foundation focuses on Education, Healthcare, Community Welfare, and Social Development initiatives.

In its first year of inception, the Foundation supported more than 150 students in pursuing their education and extended assistance through Healthcare and Community Welfare programs. Its initiatives have benefited individuals and families across more than seven Indian states, including Maharashtra, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Odisha, and other regions of India.

Personal Life

Amit Mishra is a family-oriented individual and remains deeply connected to the values that shaped his upbringing. Despite his growing Business responsibilities, he continues to place great importance on family, relationships, and personal integrity.

He is supported by his brothers, Sumit Mishra and Sunand Mishra, who serve as Directors within AV Group and play an active role in the organization’s growth and expansion. Together, they have contributed to building AV Group into a diversified Business Group with interests across multiple sectors.

Amit Mishra is married and is a proud father of two. His family continues to be a source of inspiration and support, reinforcing the principles of hard work, humility, and long-term commitment that guide both his personal and professional life.
