Dr Teena Kapoor Sharma is an Indian public policy advisor, government affairs leader, and regulatory expert currently serving as National Advisor – Public Policy with the Government of India. She is known for her work in financial inclusion, governance frameworks, and strategic policy advisory roles.
Professional Career
Dr. Teena Kapoor Sharma has been serving as National Advisor – Public Policy with the Government of India since February 2021. In this capacity, she contributes to policy development, regulatory strategy, and financial inclusion initiatives at the national level.
She has previously served as Director at ASSOCHAM (The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India) and has held leadership roles in government affairs and regulatory functions, including serving as Chief Government Affairs & Regulatory Officer for Adi Group (UK).
She has also been a Jury Member for the prestigious National Teachers Awards (NTA 2023–24) and is recognized as a TEDx Speaker.
