==Professional Journey and Leadership==
Born on 28 May 1997 in Bangalore, India, Abu Thair Ahamed is a self-made entrepreneur whose journey reflects resilience, discipline, and steady growth built over nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the logistics industry.
He faced significant personal loss early in life. At the age of 12, he lost his mother, Late Ayesha Banu, an event that deeply shaped his sense of responsibility and maturity. Years later, at the age of 24, he lost his father, Late Shabeer Ahamed. These experiences instilled emotional strength, independence, and a strong work ethic from a young age.
During this period, he was guided under the mentorship and guardianship of his uncle, Mr. Shageer Ahamed, whose values, support, and leadership played a defining role in shaping Abu Thair Ahamed’s character and professional outlook.
In 2016, Abu Thair Ahamed began his professional career with Wheels Logistics, where he spent nearly eight formative years developing expertise across multiple functions. He started as an LR Writer, gaining ground-level exposure to transportation documentation, freight movement, and operational coordination. Through consistent performance, he was promoted to Operations Executive and later to Marketing Executive, where he strengthened his client-handling and business development skills.
In 2018, recognizing his leadership ability and results-driven approach, Wheels Logistics promoted him to Senior Manager – Sales and Marketing. In this role, he was responsible for revenue growth, key account management, and market expansion. He continued with the organization until 2024, earning industry trust through disciplined execution and operational excellence.
In January 2024, after nearly a decade of industry experience, Abu Thair Ahamed founded Prime Translog along with his uncle Mr. Shageer Ahamed, his elder sister Ms. Seema Ashraf Ali, and his brother-in-law Mr. Ashraf Ali Mulki. The company’s headquarters were established in Mumbai – Bhiwandi, strategically positioned at one of India’s most important logistics hubs.
Today, under his leadership, Prime Translog operates as a growing pan-India logistics enterprise with over 100 team members, serving clients through branches in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Tirupur, Pondicherry, and Hosur. The organization continues to scale with a strong focus on disciplined operations, customer trust, and sustainable growth.
Abu Thair Ahamed’s journey is often described as one of transformation—born in Bangalore, trained in Hyderabad, and built in Mumbai—evolving from an LR Writer to Managing Director and Founder within a decade. His leadership style is hands-on, calm, and performance-driven, with a strong emphasis on building systems rather than shortcuts.
He respectfully acknowledges the enduring influence of his late parents, Late Ayesha Banu and Late Shabeer Ahamed, as well as the guidance of his mentors Mr. Shageer Ahamed and Mohammed Ashraf, whose training and support played a crucial role in his professional development.
Driven by a long-term vision, Abu Thair Ahamed continues to expand Prime Translog with the objective of building a trusted national logistics brand, setting benchmarks in reliability, accountability, and execution excellence.
