During his tenure, InTechnology became an Intuit Premier Reseller and one of the limited Intuit Hosting Providers, serving businesses primarily in the United States and other international markets. He played a key role in building structured CRM systems and customer management processes that improved service delivery, enhanced customer satisfaction, and significantly reduced bank disputes and chargebacks.

Startup and SaaS Leadership

Mukherji is best known as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of HostBooks Limited, where he led the company’s growth from a six-member startup to an organization with more than 750 employees. Under his leadership, HostBooks emerged as one of India’s prominent GST and E-way Bill SaaS platforms and obtained certifications as a GST Suvidha Provider and Application Service Provider. The company expanded its operations across India and the United States.
