These experiences inspired him to create XformPhysique, a platform aimed at delivering structured, science-based coaching to clients worldwide.

Founded by Sahil Guptaa, XformPhysique is a health and lifestyle coaching brand based in Delhi, India, with a global client base. The platform integrates modern exercise science with Indian dietary practices, making fitness sustainable and accessible worldwide.
