History
Bipin kumar Vohra started his career by setting up a security consultant agency named Kateer. He later established steel plants in Durgapur, West Bengal, with operations extending to Orissa and Himachal Pradesh. He ventured into the education sector by setting up a medical college in Durgapur. Apart from education, he was involved in reviving sick industries. Bipin kumar Vohra was a key figure in setting up the JW Marriott hotel in Kolkata with partners. Despite offers to enter politics, he declined and faced challenges that eventually led to the destruction of his business. He is now retired.
