Nikhil Namit is an Indian filmmaker, film producer, and entrepreneur from Aurangabad, Maharashtra.   

Nikhil Namit was born on 28 April in a small village in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, and raised in Kolhapur. His grandparents were farmers, and his parents later became professors at the University of Mumbai, creating a family background that combined academic discipline with a strong work ethic.

Although his upbringing was grounded in education, he developed an early fascination with creativity, storytelling, and cinema, often exploring ideas that merged logic and imagination — an approach that would later shape his career as a filmmaker and entrepreneur.

Nikhil Namit completed his schooling at St. Xavier’s High School, Kolhapur, and got his Engineering degree from Atharva College of Engineering, Mumbai. He later pursued professional training in Film Direction and Production at the New York Film Academy, Los Angeles (USA), where he honed his craft in visual storytelling and creative execution.

 

Further expanding his academic horizon, he studied at the London School of Business Administration (United Kingdom), developing a global perspective on creative leadership and financial strategy. In 2024, he earned a Credential in Financial Management, completing advanced coursework in:

Outside of work, Nikhil enjoys traveling, exploring world cultures, fitness, and cinema, which he considers sources of creative renewal and perspective. Known for his intense work ethic, he typically sleeps only 4–5 hours a day, maintaining a demanding schedule driven by focus and discipline.
