Poet Chaturbhuj was an Indian poet and musician from Banachari village in Palwal district of Haryana. Poet Chaturbhuj is remembered for his exceptional contribution to devotional music and poetry, composing melodious and heart-touching bhajans that continue to be sung even today.
कवि चतुर्भुज हरियाणा के पलवल जिले के बनचारी गांव के एक प्रसिद्ध भारतीय कवि और संगीतकार थे। कवि चतुर्भुज को उनके मधुर और हृदयस्पर्शी भक्तिमय भजनों तथा उत्कृष्ट काव्य रचनाओं के लिए याद किया जाता है, जो आज भी जनमानस में गूंजते हैं।

Poet Chaturbhuj was born in the village Banachari in a Brahmin family. His exact date of birth is not known, but it is estimated that he was born around 1867–68. His father was Pt. Balram, and he had two brothers, including his elder brother Pt. Kunjilal, with whom he shared a close bond.
कवि चतुर्भुज का जन्म हरियाणा के पलवल जिले के बनचारी गांव में एक ब्राह्मण परिवार में हुआ था। उनके जन्म की सटीक तिथि ज्ञात नहीं है, लेकिन अनुमानतः उनका जन्म 1867–68 के आसपास हुआ था। उनके पिता का नाम पंडित बल्ला था। उनके परिवार में पंडित बल्ला और पंडित कूड़ेलाल दो भाई थे, जो परिवार की प्रमुख धुरी थे।


From a very young age, Poet Chaturbhuj displayed remarkable talent in music. At around the age of 6, he began learning singing and musical instruments. Under the guidance and influence of Shri Dayalu Kripalu, he became a skilled singer and instrumentalist by the age of 10–12.
