Debaditya Roy pursued a Ph.D. in Law from Amity University, Jaipur, Rajasthan (2020–2025). He holds an M.Phil in Law from Mansarovar Global University, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and an MBA in Human Resources from Jaipur National University, Rajasthan. Debaditya Roy holds an M.Phil in Law and an MBA in Human Resources. He completed his LL.M. in Crime & Torts from Kalinga University, Chhattisgarh, followed by integrated LL.B. degree from the University of North Bengal, West Bengal (2000–2005). Additionally, he completed his Higher Secondary and Secondary examinations with first division from WBCHSE and WBBSE respectively. He studied in Jalpaiguri Zilla School, West Bengal.
