He is best known as the founder and advisor of V-Fit Fitness & Wellness Solutions LLP, and the creator of Aromablendz, a wellness product brand. With more than 25 years of experience, he is recognized for his work in fitness education, spa operations, and integrated wellness consulting in India.
Early life and education
Viraf Tavadia was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He completed his schooling at St. Xavier’s High School and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Elphinstone College. He pursued several advanced certifications and diplomas in fitness, wellness, and business from institutions in India and abroad, including:
- Masters in Trigger Point & Pain Management – Neil Asher Education (2017–2018)
- Diploma in Pain Management & Rehabilitation – Australian Institute of Fitness (2016)

Career
Tavadia began his professional journey as a personal trainer at Talwalkars before transitioning into wellness consulting and entrepreneurship. He founded V-Fit Fitness & Wellness Solutions, offering personalized fitness, spa management, and corporate wellness programs in Mumbai, Goa, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.
He is also the founder of Aromablendz, a wellness and skincare brand that supplies products to luxury spas, hotels, and commercial establishments.
Tavadia has managed wellness operations for prestigious institutions including:
- National Sports Club of India (NSCI)
- Cricket Club of India
- Malabar Hill Club
He has led teams of over 3,000 professionals, delivering customized programs to more than 20,000 clients. As head of spa operations for Fitness Force, he consulted over 50 wellness centers across western India.
In education, he served as Head Faculty – Spa & Alternative Therapies at K11 School of Fitness Sciences. Under the Indian Government’s MSME Skill Development scheme, he trained more than 10,000 individuals in spa and wellness disciplines.
In addition to wellness, Tavadia is involved in retail and fashion. He launched Chi Luxury Lifestyle, a boutique fashion brand in India with international expansion plans in Europe and the Middle East.
