He completed Intermediate at Government Science College, Karimnagar and Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering at VKR & VNB Polytechnic College, Gudivada. He later completed B.Tech and joined M.Tech at Spoorthy Engineering College, Hyderabad, but discontinued due to family responsibilities.


His father worked as an employee of Singareni Collieries, and his childhood was spent in the Godavarikhani region. Growing up in a working-class family exposed him to the challenges faced by labourers and inspired his commitment to public service.
