Artist Statement
“Curiosity – The Unfamiliar and Unseen”
Being born in Prayagraj (Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh, within the confines of a middle-class family, my life has been significantly influenced by the realms of psychology and sociology, intertwined with the backdrop of my childhood surroundings. This confluence has intricately shaped my diverse endeavors, fostering an enduring commitment to the pursuit of comprehension and perceptual learning from an early age.
Human nature is inherently filled with curiosity and a fascination for the unseen and concealed aspects of existence. This curiosity naturally propels one to explore, experience, comprehend, and unveil the myriad dimensions of the world. This inherent drive is deeply personal and forms the foundation of creativity.
To me, visuals transcend fixed definitions of reality and become a convergence of multiple perspectives. My artistic compositions reflect the textures of nature such as tree bark, leaves, stones, and their interconnected relationships. Rather than mere illustration, my work seeks to capture the essence and interactions within the physical world.
Through continuous experimentation, I strive to develop new perspectives, traditions, and artistic practices while remaining rooted in authenticity. This journey of exploration continues to evolve, shaping both my art and my understanding of life.
