Ajay Marathe currently serves as a Nursing Superintendent in the healthcare sector and is regarded as one of the leading nursing officers across Maharashtra. His professional work focuses on improving nursing standards, leadership development, ethical practice, and structured career growth for nurses.

Through sustained efforts, he has facilitated government and semi-government employment for more than 1,000 nurses and supported over 10,000 individuals in securing employment across healthcare and allied sectors.
