19.1 Consultation Policy

Standard Eye Check-Up Consultation Fee: ₹500

Specialty consultations are subject to additional charges, communicated at the time of booking.

Free Follow-Up Period: 45 days from date of initial consultation. Free follow-up applies only for the same eye condition.

If consultation is for a different condition within 45 days, standard consultation charges apply.

After 45 days, a fresh consultation appointment must be booked and full charges apply.

Consultation charges include professional fees only. Diagnostic tests, therapies, and procedures are billed separately.

19.2 Spectacle Care Guidelines

Customers are advised to:

Clean spectacles under running water or approved cleaning solution only. Use microfiber cloth for drying. Avoid tissue paper or rough fabric. Use both hands while wearing or removing spectacles. Store spectacles in a hard protective case. Avoid placing lenses facing downward.

Free servicing every 3 months includes:

Self-repair attempts are discouraged.

19.3 Order Cancellation and Exchange Policy

Minimum 70% advance payment required at time of booking.

Orders are non-cancellable once confirmed. Customized products cannot be cancelled once manufacturing begins. No exchange allowed after confirmation. Customers must verify all specifications before approval.

Orders not collected within 90 days are automatically cancelled and advance payment forfeited.

Credit notes are valid for 180 days only.

Delay in delivery due to unavoidable circumstances does not qualify for cancellation.

Final prices are those applicable on booking date.

All disputes are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Khunti Courts, Jharkhand.

Only computer-generated tax invoices are considered valid.

Warranty does not cover corrosion due to personal usage characteristics. Warranty void in cases of negligence, mishandling, accidents, tampering, or missing components. Company is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
