Under his leadership, the company diversified its product offerings to include designer glass, toughened glass, bend glass, fusion glass, decorative glass, etched glass, glass wash basins, and various architectural glass products. He played a key role in establishing the company's Toughened Glass Plant in 2012, enhancing manufacturing capabilities and reinforcing quality standards.
