संदीप त्यागी has been actively working in भारतीय जनता पार्टी for the past 17 years. In 2009, he became the district vice president of भारतीय जनता युवा मोर्चा. In 2010, he participated in the तिरंगा यात्रा under the leadership of अनुराग ठाकुर जी and was arrested in Udham Singh Nagar while raising the national flag at लाल चौक. In 2013, he was appointed as the IT co-coordinator of the state under the leadership of आशुतोष राय, प्रदेश अध्यक्ष of भारतीय जनता युवा मोर्चा. From 2014 to 2017, he served as a national working committee member of the youth wing under national president अनुराग ठाकुर जी. He has taken part in many movements in Uttar Pradesh and participated in several protests against the Congress government before 2014 at the central level. Currently, he is seeking a ticket from the Muradnagar assembly constituency representing BJP.
