As founder Secretary and CEO of Disha, he managed policies and daily activities, working alongside vice-chancellors and managing 500+ faculty and 1000s of students. He served as Director of Disha Global and CEO of DARE, overseeing research on minerals and chemicals. At MMI Hospital, he managed 400+ doctors and staff. He has directed Kruti and now Anjaneya University, Raipur. He is recognized as a TLI of Mind Mapping and has visited over 64 countries delivering lectures.

Currently, he is Chairman of Paathshala and Arth Group of Companies, which deal in minerals, Nobel metals, organic products, and technological innovation. He regularly delivers lectures in mind mapping, neuroscience, NLP, economics, and management at IITs, IIMs, and serves as advisor to six universities and board member for 14 colleges. Dr. Narang has also served as a government official.
