In mid-2017, Ashutosh Gujarathi founded the Gujarathi Empire Group with a focus on import and export of agro-commodities to Middle Eastern markets.

In 2018, along with his school friend Rupesh Lodha, he co-founded the hospitality brand '''Pet Pooja''', specializing in vegetarian and Jain cuisine. By 2020, the group expanded into media and entertainment, shipping, and international trading.

He was also a founding member of RBB Ship Chartering, established in partnership with Rajesh Bhojwani.
